Our clients benefit from privileged and secure access to easily transmit and receive files and communications (tax questionnaire, electronic signature, supporting documents, and declarations).
How it works
To send us your documents, you have three options:
- Send them via our Onvio platform.
- Schedule an in-person appointment to meet with one of our advisors.
- Contact us so we can pick them up through our Facili-Temps mobile service.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND DOCUMENTS VIA EMAIL (email is not a secure method of exchanging personal data).
We will contact you when your taxes are ready. You could then:
- Book an appointment to come in, sign, and retrieve your declaration.
- Retrieve your declarations on our Onvio electronic platform, sign them, and send us back the signed copy.
- We will bring them to you via our Facili-Temps mobile service.
You can pay in three ways:
- Credit or debit card
- By bank transfer: info@allpro-compta.ca
- Cash
Note: Your tax returns will be transmitted to the Government only after payment. Thank you for your understanding.

How does it work?
1. Contact Us
The first step is to request your access to Onvio. This step is only for clients who do not yet have access to our secure platform.

2. Sign Up
After filling out the contact form, you will receive (via email) our Onvio invitation (please check your spam folder). Open the email and create a password that you will use to log in whenever you want.
3. Deposit Your Documents
You can deposit your documents either with your cellphone or your computer. Note that it may be easier to proceed with the computer. Use your cellphone to take photos of documents that are in paper format.
4. Retrieve Your Declaration
Initially, you will need to pay for your declaration, and valid signatures will be required in our records.
Afterward, you will receive your declaration on the same platform, if you wish.
There is a delay of a few days, after payment, before the declaration is available.
